Customer agreement

Payment:
Online payments using Paypal/Paypay (transfer of money from your account) have to be done in advance. Following credit/debit cards are accepted: VISA, MC, AMEX, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Delta. It is also possible to pay card directly to the driver. In this you can use embossed MC, JCB, AMEX, DC cards. For cash payments we accept CZK, GBP, EUR, USD. When you are paying directly to our driver and have ordered also return journey, please pay both after first trip. You will get a voucher from your driver as a proof that you have paid. If you have booked a transfer from different city than Prague (and it is not a return journey) we kindly ask you to pay your booking in advance. Payment in advance is also required in case of limousine transfers, special experiences and private tours.

Changes, cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us via email or phone at least 3 hours before. This changes or cancellations are free of charge. If you have already paid for your transfer, we will refund you your money.
Please note that for Limousines there are different conditions. If you need to cancel your reservation, it is necessary to do it at least 24 hours before. Otherwise there is a cancelation fee of 80%.

Transfers with coaches have to be cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand, otherwise the cancellation fee is 100% of the price.

For private tours there are following terms:

change at least 24 hours before the tour starts – free of charge
cancelation at least 48 hours before the tour starts – free of charge
cancelation at least 24 hours before the tour starts – fee 500 CZK
cancelation later than 24 hours before the tour starts – 100% of the price

Refunds and compensations:
If we fail to provide the promised transport due to unpredictable circumstances, we guarantee you compensation. The maximum amount is limited to the total price of the transport we should have provided.

Eventual complaints
If you haven’t been satisfied with the services supplied, please contact us via email. We will do our best to solve the situation and reach the contentment of both parties.
